파이네코의 콘크리트 발열양생시스템은 거푸집에 부착되어 구조물에 균일한 열을 전달함으로써, 외부 온도와 관계없이 안정적인 양생 환경을 제공하는 제품이다. 현장별로 상이한 구조물 규격에 대응하기 위해 최소 거푸집 사이즈에 맞춘 모듈화 설계를 적용했다. 전면의 대형 핸들은 별도의 복잡한 조작 없이도 직관적인 파지와 이동을 가능하게 한다. 특히 핸들의 회전 각도에 따라 내부 자석이 돌출되며 부착면과의 간격을 형성하는 메커니즘을 적용하여, 강력하게 밀착된 패드를 손쉽게 탈거할 수 있는 사용성을 구현했다. 또한 300mm와 150mm의 가변적인 모듈 라인업을 통해 평면은 물론 곡면 등 까다로운 형태의 구조물에도 유연하게 적용할 수 있는 확장성을 제공한다.

PINECO’s Thermal Curing System is a heating pad solution designed to attach to formwork, delivering uniform heat to ensure stable concrete curing regardless of external temperatures. To accommodate varying on-site specifications, the system features a modular design based on minimum formwork dimensions. A prominent front handle, designed as a key interface element, allows for intuitive gripping and easy transport. The handle incorporates a mechanism where rotating it to an angle extends internal magnets to create a gap from the mounting surface, enabling effortless detachment. With a modular lineup of both 300mm and 150mm units, the system supports application across diverse structures, including curved surfaces.
